| Module 1A and 1B |
| Ascentiz has replaced Module 1 with Module 1A and 1B in response
to the changes made by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") to
the examination structure. For representatives dealing in securities
for a prinicipal who is a member of the Singapore Exchange Securities
Trading ("SGX-ST"), they are required to pass Module 1A and 6. As for
those other representatives dealing in securities for a principal who
is not a member of the SGX-ST, they are required to pass either
Modules 1A or 1B and Module 6. |
